CONSISTENCY

It doesn’t matter how much you diet or how heavy you lift or if you are working out in the best gym, consistency is what will get you to where you want to be. Nothing Is handed to you, you have to earn it every single day.

Fitness Philosophy

My fitness philosophy is grounded in the belief that fitness is a journey, not a destination. I believe that true fitness is a holistic and multifaceted approach that encompasses not only physical health but also mental and emotional wellbeing. To achieve optimal fitness, one must cultivate a mindset of growth, challenge, and consistency.

I believe in the importance of setting realistic and achievable goals, then consistently working towards them with discipline, focus, and dedication. I also believe in the power of variety and diversity in training, as it helps to prevent plateaus, keeps the body guessing, and ensures a well-rounded approach to fitness.

In addition to physical training, I emphasize the importance of recovery and rest in achieving optimal fitness. Proper rest and recovery are crucial for supporting muscle growth, repairing tissues, and reducing the risk of injury. As someone who as suffered physical training injuries I have first hand experience on how to avoid these situations and provide recovery guidance for those that have injuries. I also believe in the importance of mindfulness and self-care, as mental and emotional wellbeing are just as crucial to overall fitness as physical health.

Ultimately, my fitness philosophy is centered around supporting individuals in reaching their full potential and achieving their goals. I believe that with the right mindset, education, and support, anyone can unlock their true potential and take their fitness to the next level.

Mind over Matter

"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong. Only when the muscles are strong can the mind be strong." - John F. Kennedy

Survival of the Fittest

"Physical strength is the most important thing in life. This is true whether we want it to be or not. As humanity has developed throughout history, physical strength has become less critical to our daily existence, but no less important to our lives. Our strength, more than any other thing we possess, still determines the quality and the quantity of our time here in these bodies. Everything else is abstraction and decoration." - Mark Rippetoe
